Now imagine you listen to heavy metal on full blast for 30 minutes instead. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now imagine it\u2019s not music, but thoughts. 30 minutes of positive thoughts like, \u201cI\u2019m glad they\u2019re rebuilding the road so that it can stand up to a big earthquake,\u201d or 30 minutes of negative thoughts like, \u201cI can\u2019t believe they chose that corrupt contractor to rebuild the roads, and with my tax dollars. Sheesh.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now imagine it\u2019s not just 30 minutes. It\u2019s all day long.
