I sometimes find To Do lists that are over a year old while cleaning out an old box of stuff. They are always outdated and I\u2019ve never found one that had items on it that I hadn\u2019t done and still felt that I needed to do now.

I still write To Do lists today but it makes me think that I should take a harder look at them and put at least half of the items on a To Not Do list\u2014all of the items that I won\u2019t regret not doing a year from now.
