They spread it on a slice of bread covering it completely, but it\u2019s only a very thin layer. What\u2019s the point? This is not a paint job, it\u2019s a taste job. You can&#8217;t taste the mayonnaise if you don&#8217;t use enough. Same with pesto. When a spoonful of pesto gets stirred into pasta, you can taste it a little bit, maybe get some stuck in your teeth, but mostly it just makes everything a little greenish. I&#8217;d rather have my spoonful of pesto in a spoon or on a single cracker than 50 fusilli, and really taste it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Same with you. Don&#8217;t spread yourself too thin with your projects or your people. They might not notice you&#8217;re there. They might rather have a spoonful of pesto. They need quality time.
