A pet peeve of mine is when people don’t use enough mayonnaise. They spread it on a slice of bread covering it completely, but it\u2019s only a very thin layer. What\u2019s the point? This is not a paint job, it\u2019s a taste job. You can’t taste the mayonnaise if you don’t use enough. Same with pesto. When a spoonful of pesto gets stirred into pasta, you can taste it a little bit, maybe get some stuck in your teeth, but mostly it just makes everything a little greenish. I’d rather have my spoonful of pesto in a spoon or on a single cracker than 50 fusilli, and really taste it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Same with you. Don’t spread yourself too thin with your projects or your people. They might not notice you’re there. They might rather have a spoonful of pesto. They need quality time. Let yourself make a difference.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
