\u201cWhat\u2019s wrong?\u201d is an easy question to ask. It\u2019s easy to walk into a grocery store and see the spilled milk on Aisle 6. It\u2019s easy to notice a great product\u2019s one flaw. It\u2019s harder to notice that the football holder did his job perfectly and held the ball in a way that allowed the kicker to kick a field goal. It\u2019s much more obvious when he screws up than when he does his job perfectly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not everything is perfect. Nothing is perfect. We shouldn\u2019t close our eyes and fool ourselves with compliments. But sometimes\u2014more often than we do?\u2014we should make it easier to compliment than to complain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
