As in poker, so in life: There are things you can control and things you can\u2019t control. There are things you know and things you don\u2019t know. You make a decision and hope for the best\u2014BUT your decision was a good one or a bad one at the time that you made the decision, not after the hoping and the waiting and the seeing. If you made a good decision, be happy with that\u2014even if bad things happen after. If you made a bad decision, be upset with that\u2014even if good things happen after. And, of course, try to know when to fold \u2018em, know when to hold \u2018em, know when to walk away, and know when to run.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I played poker this past weekend.
