We were at a hotel recently and I told my five-year-old son to try to straddle the drain in the shower rather than stand with his feet on the drain. I said it\u2019s so weird that they put the drain right in the middle of the shower and he said, \u201cWhat do you mean? Our shower at home has the drain in the middle,\u201d and I had to explain, \u201cYes, I think that\u2019s weird too. I think almost every shower drain I\u2019ve ever come across is weird.\u201d One time I saw a drain in the corner, which I liked. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
