It\u2019s so easy to lose sight of what you have and focus on forward and see what you don\u2019t have. One of our cars has blindspot warnings on the side view mirrors, which is great, but it makes me notice that the other car doesn\u2019t<\/em> have that as much as it makes me notice that one car does<\/em> have that. Likewise for headlights that turn off by themselves. But am I thankful for food? Yes. Am I thankful for shelter? Yes. Am I thankful for warmth in winter? Yes. Good friends and family? Yes. The privilege to feast?
